Dragonmen and women, who have served the dragons since time immemorial.  Drakken can be found wherever a dragon has claimed territory, serving as soldiers, guards, advisors, even courtly wizards. While most draconians serve a particular Elder or Great dragon some have struck out on their own after their dragon met their end somehow. All, however, are expected to obey any Elder or Great dragon they may encounter, though due to varying moral ideologies this is not always the case. Though they are always highly encouraged to be respectful to any dragon.

Drakken are loyal and relentless in their service to their chosen dragon, serving with zeal and belief that can sometimes border on fanaticism. This is not to say they are blind however, drakken develop their own morality like any other race and may sometimes find their personal beliefs at odds with the dragon they serve. This oftentimes leads to the drakken defecting to another dragonflight with similar moral standings as they have, but can also lead to a drakken declaring themselves independent and unwilling to serve another of the dragons.

Most of the dragonflights allow for this autonomy, allowing drakken to remain living among their own people and the territories claimed by their former dragonflight. Drakken do sometimes strike out on their own however, traveling the world and making their own way through life. 

Drakken appear as bipedal reptilian humanoids with draconic heads, wings and tails. They are capable of flight with their wings and some have even developed breath weapon capabilities, though they are minor when compared to actual dragons. Drakken can have nearly any color of scales, eyes, and horns. They generally stand between six and seven feet in height. Drakken have lengthy lifespans, sometimes even up to 300 years. Often strong and resilient, they may also fly at a rate of about 30 MPH and are able to soar for lengthy periods of time. Drakken have sharp claws and often develop a breath weapon, albeit much less powerful than their true dragon masters. This may be a cone of fire, ice, or a stream of acid.
