Very, very little is known of the beings some call Celestials. Most of the world’s population isn’t aware of them at all. Those that are aware generally don’t know much beyond that they exist.  What is known about them is that there are two kinds that seem to be diametrically opposed to one another. 

Seraphim appear to observe the goings on of the world, reporting to what they simply call ‘The Light’ for unknown reasons. They seem to have several castes among their ranks that divide up responsibilities, though what those responsibilities are is currently unknown. They do not seem to interfere or really interact much with the world which they are observing.

Demons also observe the goings on of the world but report to what they call ‘The Darkness’, also for unknown reasons. Like the Seraphim they appear to have several castes among their kind. While at first glance it appears they are also quite hands off, choosing to manipulate others into their bidding, there has been at least one known case of a demonic being taking a direct hand in the affairs of the world.

Celestials are not available as a player character race.
